University Committee
The Evil Alchemist University has a committee that strives to engender true evil in the world. They therefore carefully select professors to teach their students only the purest of pure evils. Their view of evil is, sadly, very narrow, and on more than one occasion they have come into conflict with Associate Professor Evil.
Some on the committee whisper that he isn’t very evil. His methods aren’t “green” enough.
